This is 4th annual JI Group Good Life Festival. This year, it's taking place from April 27 - May 3, 2010 in St Maarten, St Bart's and Anguilla.

The word comes from the French saying "jour ouvert" or morning open and is considered the largest street party for any carnival celebration. In St. Maarten, it centers on "the Great Salt Pond." During this time, revellers start lining the streets by the hundreds around 3:00am, some of whom would have just woken up in preparation for the event.
